Tribes Purchasing Information

Shopping at Tribes' website may be accomplished three ways:

  1. By secure credit card transaction with our shopping cart.
  2. By check or money order sent to us by printing out an order form generated by our shopping cart.
  3. By calling us by phone or sending us an email for those items that are not handled by our shopping cart because of special shipping considerations.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards.

When you click on an "Order It" button, one of two things will happen:

  1. The item you ordered will be placed in our shopping cart, where you will have the opportunity to remove the item, increase the number of items desired, continue shopping or check out and pay for the item(s).
  2. You will be taken to a page where you can call us or send us an email to arrange for payment and delivery. This is for items that require special shipping and handling considerations because of size or weight.

Shipping Costs

Insured items will be shipped to you via the best available method of shipping (UPS, FedEx, etc.) after credit card approval (or if another method of payment has been received). For US customers in the 48 contiguous states, the cost of shipping is 10% of the purchase price for purchases under $500.00, 7% of the purchase price for purchases between $500.00 and $1,000.00. Shipping is free for purchases over $1,000.00..

Customers whose shipping address is outside the 48 contiguous US states will be charged according to the cost of shipping (usually 10-25% of the purchase price). We will try to find the most efficient and economical shipping method to your address. A shipping receipt will be enclosed with your purchase and shipping costs charged separately. Tribes Return Policy

Items may be returned within 10 days of receipt if not completely satisfied with the product for a full refund of the purchase price.
