From the Senufu Tribe of Mali. The bird represents an ancestral figure and is for good luck generally for the harvest. The bird is 70" high with a wing span of 48" wide. The edge of the wings and the crown of the head has long strands of hair. Very much a statement piece. Closup of the head.
